Lower Level

Who can join?

Classes are open to all ages, genders, sizes and colors. All you need is a willingness to learn and try your best. Current students range from 6 – 80 years of age.

Is experience necessary?

No prior martial arts experience is necessary.

Do I have to attend all 3 weekly sessions?

No it is not required that you attend all 3 sessions. The more time you can commit to your training the better your results will be, but not everyone is able to manage attending 3 days a week due to school, work, and life commitments. Let your instructor know your availability so that they can adapt your lessons accordingly.

I’m out of shape/injured/have a disability, can I still join?

In most cases yes, but each situation is different so please bring your inquiries regarding any physical limitations to your instructors prior to beginning your training.

How much does it cost to attend classes?

Current rates are $100 a month, regardless of how many classes you choose to attend. Your first class is free. Dues are collected promptly at the beginning of the month.

What should I wear to class?

Comfortable, dark colored workout clothes such as sweats and an oversized t-shirt, without large logos, and broken in sneakers are preferred attire. Basketball shorts, leggings, and cutoff shirts are not appropriate. If you have questions about attire, please ask an instructor.
